I cannot recommend this book enough. I love the step by step guides of how to teach independent sleep and it has some great suggestions. After 3 months of my daughter only sleeping on me or in her sling, she has had 3 naps in her swing. I have only been following the techniques for 2 days so far and I’m already seeing huge changes. I’m excited to see my daughters sleep improve. Yes it is going to take work on my part and it’s not going to be easy but I feel that I have this book to fall back on and guide me through. I’ve read other books on baby sleep and just felt confused as they were all a bit wishy washy. This book however feels more like an instruction manual for baby sleep. You won’t regret buying it!
